This is a very silly poster showing an army of British soldiers from the American War of Independence fighting the "Dreaded Great Blue Dragon of the North"! After all, this rebellious beast was proving an awful nuisance across the New England countryside, eating up livestock and making a mess of all their fancy stone walls. So His Majesty King George III naturally ordered his forces to march out, and taking after their patron Saint George, they slayed the dragon! Not without some losses...
